The stunning ocean view from my room's balcony was breathtaking, so perfect for sunrise relaxing. The common areas were tastefully decorated, enhancing the overall charm of the hotel, making it a delightful getaway for seniors like myself.
Longer wait times for elevators could be improved.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Views!
Our stay was fantastic! The cleanliness of our suite impressed us, and the bay views from the balcony were breathtaking. The beach cabana made our days effortless, and the nearby restaurant was perfect for quick meals. Don't miss out on The Porch on Long Creek for dinner—absolutely delicious!

Our stay was lovely, especially with the easy beach access just three blocks away! Perfect for our family, the kids enjoyed splashing in the waves, while we loved that there were great places to eat nearby. The room was spacious, accommodating our needs well.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use more shade areas for the kids. It got really hot in the midday sun, and having a few umbrellas would make it more family-friendly.

The suite we stayed in was great size for a family with two kids. The cleanliness of the room was notable, making for a comfortable stay.
The noise from the hallway was distracting at times.

Excellent outdoor activities for families.
Our stay was marred by poor service and amenities. We were charged excessively for parking, which was frustrating given the high room rate. Additionally, the lack of daily cleaning made us feel neglected, and we had to continually request basic items like towels and toiletries.

would book here again
Had a lovely 2-night stay. The suite with a partial bay view had a comfy sofa bed and a nice balcony. A microwave and fridge. Loved the pool area and easy beach access. Service was quick at the onsite restaurant. Enjoyed morning coffee at the Starbucks right there, too!

Felt like family, no complaints.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04local eatsspacious roomfast wifiservice delayno hot water
Though the on-site dining was subpar, exploring local spots like Hot Tuna Bar & Grill was a game-changer! The room was spacious, and the USB jacks were a lifesaver for tech junkies like me.
But the lack of hot water was a bummer and the restaurant was slower than molasses. Seriously, if I'm paying top dollar, I expect my food to come faster than a beach sunset.

missingWrote a review on Jun 23private beachscenic viewslarge windowshidden fees
Private beach access stands out, providing a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The suites feature large windows offering scenic views that give a great vibe to the space.
Encountered issues with hidden fees that inflated our stay's price significantly upon arrival. Our suite was missing basic amenities like sufficient toilet paper and a second bathroom, which became a hassle for our family. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as we noticed the room hadn’t been vacuumed properly during our four-night stay. The lobby and surrounding areas felt noisy at night due to parties, making it hard to get rest when needed. Another drawback was the slow response from maintenance for minor issues, like a broken balcony door that required multiple visits to resolve.
